Event
The 5K Reindeer Trot is a community road run held in Keystone Heights, Florida on Saturday, December 13, 2025. The event distance is 5K. Registration fee is $35, with the price increasing after December 11, 2025 at 11:59pm EST. Proceeds support scholarships to KHHS Volleyball. The run was created to honor the life and legacy of an individual.
Course and awards
The course starts and finishes at 200 SW Magnolia Avenue and follows paved city streets. The route passes Keystone Heights Elementary School, loops through surrounding neighborhood roads, and returns to the start/finish location. The course is described as safe, paved, and well-marked. Awards are given to the top three overall male and female finishers based on time. Age-group awards will be presented for the top three male and female finishers in these categories: 12 and under, 13-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, over 70, plus a wheelchair division.
Additional information
Early bib pick-up is at 200 SW Magnolia Avenue on Friday, December 12, from 5:00pm to 6:30pm. Race day registration is available from 7:00 to 7:45am. Parking is at Community Church, 345 SE Palmetto Ave. On-site amenities include restrooms, a band, and hydration stations. Refunds are not allowed for this race.
