Seaford 10K
The Seaford 10K is an England Athletics affiliated event held in the coastal town of Seaford, situated at the base of the South Downs. The run follows an accurately measured 10 km course that utilizes local pathways and streets.
The route is designed as an out-and-back run, starting at the Martello Tower and heading toward Newhaven before returning to the finish. The course features coastal views and a mostly flat terrain consisting of pathways. Participants can find water stations positioned at various points along the route to assist with hydration.
The event facilities are located opposite Cricketfield Road, where participants can access registration, toilets, and a non-secure bag drop area. For those traveling by public transport, the Seaford BR station is a five-minute walk from the event site. Participants driving to the venue can utilize the free parking available in the vicinity.
Each person who completes the race receives a bespoke medal, and trophies are awarded to the first three runners. First aid services are present on-site, and final results are published online following the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
