Seaford 10K
The Seaford 10K is a 10 km out-and-back run between the Martello Tower and Newhaven, set at the foot of the South Downs. The course is accurately measured and follows pathway terrain along coastal and town sections near Seaford.
The event is organised by MCC Promotions and takes place at Seaford Museum of Local History, Martello Fields Esplanade, Seaford, East Sussex BN25 1JH. It is an England Athletics affiliated event. Practical arrangements include registration, a non-secure bag drop and toilets opposite Cricketfield Road, first aid provision, and water at various points on the course. The race publishes results through the organiser and offers a bespoke medal with trophies for the first three finishers. There is plenty of free parking and the station at Seaford BR is about a five minute walk from the venue. On-day registration is available. The event supports the RNLI Newhaven Lifeboat.
