SBFD Company Monster Dash 5K Run/Walk
The Stony Brook Fire Department presents a Halloween Monster Dash event on October 31, 2026 at Race Site, 1410 Stony Brook Rd., Stony Brook, NY 11790. The event takes place rain or shine and encourages participants to wear costumes.

- 5K Run/Walk
- 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk (untimed)
Registration features include guaranteed t-shirts for registrations completed by October 1 and personalized bibs for those who register at least three weeks in advance. Registration options may include donations and sponsorship-only entries. All fees are stated as non refundable and registrants must agree to event terms and waivers.
On event services and amenities include bagels, vendors, refreshments such as water and sports drinks, live online and same-day results via text or email, and free finish line photos. Bib pickup is handled starting one hour before the event and a self lookup area is available for those who do not know their bib number.
