Distances offered:
- 5K single Talmadge Bridge crossing, 1 hour time limit
- 10K two Talmadge Bridge crossings, 1 hour 45 minute time limit
- 15K Double Pump combining the 5K and 10K
The Double Pump requires completion of the 5K and then entry into the 10K course to produce three total crossings of the Talmadge Bridge; the 5K start is on Hutchinson Island and a Break Zone is available for participants who finish the 5K after the 10K start.
