Savannah Sultry Swamp Run
Savannah Sultry Swamp Run is a trail running event held at the Savannah Ogeechee Canal, 681 Fort Argyle Road in Savannah, Georgia. The event offers multiple distances and uses a 5k loop course on historic swamp trails.

The trail is technical and varied, with sand, exposed roots, narrow boardwalk sections, and areas with palm growth. If it rains, the route can include mud and standing water. Wildlife noted on the route includes snakes, alligators, horse flies, fiddler crabs, and occasional raccoons; participants are asked not to disturb animals and to leave no trace.
Event organization and amenities include a race organizer listed as Run 4 a Reason, finishers receiving a drink glass for the Rough Runners collection, and an afterparty with awards, a waterslide provided by a commercial vendor, and adult and kid snow cones. An Ogeechee Riverkeeper presence will provide information and a homebrew sample. Proceeds from the event support the Savannah Ogeechee Canal museum and trail preservation.
