Rocky at 50 Run is scheduled for 16 May 2026 at The Last Hop, Thames Edge Court, Clarence Street, Staines, TW18 4SU. The organiser is Saturn Running. The event is a seven hour Time Challenge that allows participants to choose how far they run, with a minimum distance of 3 km. A full lap is listed as 7 km (4.37 miles) but may change to a 3.28 mile loop depending on course conditions. A 3 km turn point and a 5 km turn point are provided within the lap. Age restrictions apply for some distances.

Course and facilities
The course runs along a stretch of the River Thames and is fully signed. Surfaces are mainly well made paths and tarmac with a very short grass section; road shoes are suitable year round. Toilets and changing facilities are available at the venue HQ. Parking is available in Bridge Street Car Park, Staines, TW18 4TP. An aid table and drinks are provided at the start/finish of each lap with savoury, sweet, fruit, cheese and vegan items. Completing at least 3 km earns a themed medal; distance pins are given for half-marathon and longer distances. A bag drop is available but is not secure. Headphones are allowed.
