Rocky at 50 Run
Rocky at 50 Run is a Rocky-themed event organised by Saturn Running. The next scheduled race date is 16/05/2026. The venue is The Last Hop, Unit 2, Thames Edge Court, Clarence Street, Staines, TW18 4SU. The event is run as a 7 hour Time Challenge that lets participants choose how many laps to complete. The event includes 3k and 5k turn points within the lap to help meet UK Athletics age rules.

- 7 km / 4.37 miles full lap length (may change to 3.28 miles)
- Half marathon: 3 laps
- Marathon: 6 laps
- Ultra: 7 laps or more; 50 km option available
Course, awards and logistics
The course runs along a stretch of the River Thames. It is fully signed and mainly on well made paths and tarmac with a very short grass section. Road shoes are suitable. An aid table and drinks table are located at the start/finish area for each lap with savoury, sweet, fruit, cheese and vegan items.
All finishers who complete at least 3 km receive a themed medal. Distance pins are given for half-marathon, mega-half, marathon, 50 km and ultra achievements; one pin is attached to the medal ribbon. Finishers receive a goody bag and a vegan goody bag option is available. Toilets and changing facilities are available at the venue throughout the event. Car parking is available at Bridge Street Car Park, Staines, TW18 4TP. Number pick up is on the day at race registration and final instructions are sent by email in the week before the event. A bag drop is available but is not secure. Headphones are allowed and the course is on public footpaths.
