Event overview
The London Marathon Long Training Run series offers a set of guided long runs along the River Thames from The Last Hop, Unit 2, Thames Edge Court, Clarence Street, Staines, TW18 4SU. The course is fully signed and runs mainly on paths and tarmac with a short grass section. Road shoes are suitable. Events include an aid table every 4.37 miles and flexible lap-based runs so participants can complete the distance they need. Finishers of at least 3 km receive a medal. Distance pins are awarded for half-marathon and longer distances. A vegan goody bag option is available.
Schedule, distances and facilities
The series comprises five individual days in March and April 2026. Individual day entry costs about £33.00 to £35.00; the full series costs about £110.00 to £120.00. Events are intended to support training plans; runners may follow any programme and have their time and distance recorded. Number pick up is on the day at registration. Toilets and changing facilities are available at the venue. There is non-secure bag storage. Bridge Street Car Park, Staines, TW18 4TP, is the suggested parking.
