Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge - Staines-upon-Thames

Saturn Running hosts The Sloth Scamper, a 7-hour time-challenge in Staines-upon-Thames. The course along the River Thames is fully signed and mainly tarmac with a short grass section. Participants choose laps: a minimum 3km, full lap around 7km (4.37 miles) or a 3.28-mile loop, and can run as many laps as they wish within 7 hours, subject to age restrictions.

The event features an inclusive atmosphere with walkers welcome, a medal after completing 3km, diverse goody bags including vegan options, distance pins for longer achievements, an aid table, bag drop, toilets, and nearby parking.
