Who You Going To Call? - Northampton
This is a 7 hour Time Challenge run organised by Saturn Too and held at Northampton Active, around the Northampton Washlands. The course uses well maintained paths and trail and may be adjusted after a health and safety review.
Participants choose how many laps to complete. A full lap is 4.37 miles (about 7 km) and the route includes internal turn points to allow shorter 3 km and 5 km options for younger runners. Distance examples and lap equivalents are provided so participants can select distances that meet UK Athletics age restrictions.
Distances available include:
- 3 km minimum for juniors
- 5 km minimum for adults
- 10 km
- Half Marathon
- Marathon
- 50 km
- Ultra Marathon
- Time Challenge option
Finishers who complete at least 3 km receive a medal. Additional distance pins are awarded for half-marathon and longer distances and are attached to the medal ribbon. All finishers receive a goody bag; a vegan goody bag option is available. Aid and drinks tables are provided at the start and finish of each lap with a variety of snacks and vegan options.
Facilities include toilets but no separate changing rooms or showers. Parking at the venue is limited and nearby paid parking may be available. Final race instructions and number pick up details are provided before the event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
