SATURN TOO - Midweek Medal Madness Run August 2026 is a 7 hour timed event held at Wraysbury Skiff & Punting Club in Egham. The organiser states the aim is to run affordable midweek events so participants can build event numbers or work toward personal goals.

The event is flexible on distance and pace. The minimum distance to be an official finisher is 3 km. A standard lap measures about 7 km (4.37 miles) though the course may be changed to a 3.28 mile loop depending on conditions. Example distances include:

• Full lap approximately 7 km
• Half marathon equals 3 laps
• Marathon equals 6 laps
• Ultra and 50 km options available

The course follows a stretch of the River Thames and is fully signed. Surfaces are mainly well made paths and tarmac with a very short grass section; road shoes are suitable year round. The regular course may be modified following health and safety reviews.

Finishers who complete at least 3 km receive a themed medal and a goody bag; a vegan goody bag option is available. Distance pins are provided for half-marathon and longer distances and are attached to the medal ribbon. An aid table and drinks are provided at the start/finish of each lap with savoury, sweet, fruit, cheese and vegan items.

Facilities include toilets and changing at the venue, on-the-day number pick up at race registration, a pay on exit carpark at Runnymede Pleasure Grounds, and a non-secure bag drop. Headphones are allowed. Runners should be considerate of other path users. Transfers and deferrals are available for fees. Minimum age is 12 years; additional age rules apply for distances over 45 km. Maximum entrants 300. Entries close 20/08/2026. Entry fees listed as affiliated £25.00 and unattached £27.00.
