Britney Inspired Run at Dare Valley
This event takes place at Dare Valley Country Park in Aberdare, providing participants with a course set on well-maintained paths with views of the surrounding countryside. The route is situated entirely on footpaths, making it suitable for road running shoes. The layout consists of a loop approximately 7 km (4.37 miles) in length, though the specific loop distance may be adjusted based on course conditions.
The event follows a 7-hour time challenge format, where participants have control over the distance they choose to complete. Runners and walkers of all abilities can participate by completing as many or as few laps as they wish within the time limit. Several specific distances are obtainable based on the number of laps completed:

- 5 km
- 10 km
- Half Marathon
- Marathon
- 50 km
- Ultra Marathon
Finishers who complete at least 3 km receive a themed medal. Those reaching a half marathon distance or further are also eligible for specific distance pins to attach to their medal ribbon. An aid station located at the start and finish of each lap provides a variety of sweet and savoury snacks, including vegan options and ice cream for all finishers.
