Ooops I Ran It Again - Wales
The event takes place on 25 July 2026 at Dare Valley Country Park, Aberdare, CF44 7PS. It is organised by Saturn Running and managed by Saturn Too Limited as a franchise partner. The event is a themed running event held on public footpaths in the park.
Format and course
The event is a 7 hour Time Challenge that allows participants to choose their distance. The minimum recorded distance for a finisher is 3 km. A full lap is listed as 7 km (4.37 miles) but may be changed to a 3.28 mile loop depending on course conditions. There are 3 km and 5 km turn points within the lap for younger runners and compliance with UK Athletics age rules. The course uses well maintained footpaths and is described as suitable for a road trainer.

Facilities and race services
Finishers who complete at least 3 km receive a themed medal. Distance pins are awarded for half-marathon and greater distances and are attached to the medal ribbon. All finishers receive a goody bag; a vegan goody bag option is available. An aid and drinks table is provided at the start/finish of each lap with snacks, drinks and ice cream options. Toilets and a cafe are at the venue; there are no separate changing facilities or showers. Free parking is available. A bag drop area is provided but is not secure. Bone conducting headphones only are permitted. Entry fees vary by distance and category, roughly from about £16 to £35; a £22 member price is available to members.
