Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge - Staines-upon-Thames

Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge - Staines-upon-Thames is a flexible, inclusive running event along the River Thames at The Last Hop, Staines. It’s a 7-hour timed challenge with a minimum 3 km per lap; a full lap is about 7 km (4.37 miles), though the loop may be adjusted to 3.28 miles depending on conditions. Runners may complete as many or as few laps as they wish within the time limit, with 3 laps = half marathon, 6 laps = marathon, and 7+ laps = ultra (a 50 km option is also available).
