Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge - Staines-upon-Thames

Saturn Running’s 7-hour Time Challenge, Love it or Hate it Run, takes place along River Thames in Staines-upon-Thames at Last Hop, Thames Edge Court. The course runs on paths with a grass section. Distances start from a 3 km lap, with full laps around 7 km (4.37 miles), subject to adjustments to a 3.28-mile loop if conditions change.

Runners may complete as many laps as they wish, under UK Athletics rules; a 50 km option is available. Medals are Easter egg-themed; vegan goody bag and distance pins; aid tables, toilets, changing facilities, parking, and bag drop. Headphones allowed; be courteous on public footpaths.
