Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge - Aberdare

The St David's Day Dragon Run is an inaugural 7-hour time challenge event taking place in the scenic Dare Valley Country Park, Wales, on March 1, 2025. Participants can run as many laps as they wish within the time limit, with a minimum distance of 5km. The course features well-maintained paths and beautiful countryside views.

Finishers receive themed medals and goody bags, with special pins for those completing half-marathon distances or more. The event is open to runners aged 12 and above, and amenities include toilets, changing facilities, and a café. The event is organized by Saturn Too Limited, a franchise partner of Saturn Running.
