SARR Freedom Day Run
The SARR Freedom Day Run takes place at McAllister Park Pavilion #2, 13298 Buckhorn Rd, San Antonio, TX. The event program includes a live chip timed 4 Mile with awards and additional untimed runs. Finisher medals are provided for participants.

- 400 m Li'l Firecrackers Kids Run
- Virtual 4 Miles and 2 Miles
The live 4 Mile is chip timed and offers overall and 5 year age group awards. The 2 Mile and the kids run are not timed and do not have awards. Post race food and refreshments will be available. Shirts in adult and youth sizes are offered while supplies last. Packets are available for pre-race pickup at REI in San Antonio and for pickup at the park on race day; packet shipping is available for an extra fee.
Virtual entries allow participants to run or walk from any location, submit results, and download a finisher certificate. Virtual participants receive a finisher medal and a tech shirt; youth sizes are limited. Virtual results may be submitted between July 4, 2026 and July 25, 2026.
Refunds are not allowed. Discount policies apply for San Antonio RoadRunners members, active duty military, and selected age groups for the 4 Mile and 2 Mile events. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
