Silicon Valley Santa Run

Silicon Valley Santa Run is an annual holiday running event in San Jose that benefits Christmas in the Park. The in-person course begins at W Santa Clara St and Almaden Ave and finishes at Christmas in the Park. The event offers both in-person and virtual participation.

Event distances include:

• 5K run/walk
• Kids Reindeer Dash ages 2-3 100 yards; 4-5 200 yards; 6-7 300 yards

Registered 5K participants receive a festive long-sleeved tech shirt, an ornament-style finisher medal, and a bib with professional race timing. Kids Reindeer Dash registrations include a festive short-sleeved t-shirt, an ornament-style finisher medal, a race bib, and milk and cookies at the finish. In-person runners have access to a post-race festival at Christmas in the Park.

Virtual entries receive similar items and may be eligible for free packet shipping if registered by December 7; virtual race packets are mailed the week of December 8. Additional registration tiers include Santa's Helper packages that add items such as a Santa suit and holiday gift bag, and Holiday Hero sponsorship levels that offer branding and recognition opportunities.
