San Diego Neighborhood Cruise
The San Diego Neighborhood Cruise is an inaugural athletic event held at De Anza Cove Park along Mission Bay. Participants navigate a course that runs alongside the water, where they experience ocean breezes and park scenery. The event features a lowrider-inspired theme, integrating local culture with physical activity.
Participants can choose from the following distances:
- 5K Run/Walk
- 10K Run/Walk
The course is designed as an out-and-back route. Those participating in the 5K complete the loop once, while those in the 10K distance complete the same route twice. The event is gun-timed, and race bibs do not include timing chips.
The gathering serves as a community celebration where family and friends can support participants. All finishers receive a medal for completing their respective distances.
