San Diego Donut Dash - October 3, 2026
San Diego Donut Dash takes place on October 3, 2026 at Kit Carson Park, Bear Valley Parkway, Escondido, CA. The event combines running with a finish-line festival that centers on donuts.
The 5K includes a donut themed finisher's medal and a free donut bar at the finish area. The festival features donut samples from local shops and bakeries and the organizer notes there will be over 1,000 donuts available.
The Donut Mile is a one mile event in which each participant must eat four donuts during the course (one donut per quarter mile lap). This event is limited to 100 participants and the first finisher receives a Donut Championship Belt.
A Kid's Dash is offered on a 400 yard out and back course; children receive a race bib and a medal for participating. Event shirts are optional and sold separately for an additional fee.
