2026 San Antonio 5K

The 2026 San Antonio 5K is the 13th annual Head for the Cure 5K held at Providence Catholic School in San Antonio, Texas on September 26, 2026. The event raises awareness and funds for brain tumor research, education, and related programs.

Funds raised through this event will locally benefit the University Health Foundation, Jaxon’s F.R.O.G. Foundation, Path to Hope, and other national brain cancer programs, education, and initiatives. At the time of the listing, the event had raised $9,552 toward a $60,000 goal.
