Course, rules and services
All races are chip timed with ankle-mounted chips picked up on race morning. The course uses a core loop system and extensive markings, with signs at intersections for different distances. Aid support includes one on-course aid station for the 16-mile race and a full aid station at the finish/next-lap area; the series is cupless so runners should provide their own drink container. Drop bag policy: no unattended bags on the course; regular distance runners may leave bags near the race hub; Last Person Standing competitors have dedicated crew/drop-bag space and may use canopies up to 10' x 10' if properly staked. Ruck division rules require a weighted ruck (20 lb if under 150 lb, 30 lb if 150 lb or over), mandatory weigh-ins, weight carried on the back, and no trekking poles. Pacers are not allowed. Awards are given by overall and masters categories; Last Person Standing awards go to the final male and female finishers. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
