Miles 4 Muscles
Miles 4 Muscles is a community run and walk held at Comanche Park Pavilion #3, 2600 Rigsby Ave, San Antonio, TX, on September 26, 2026. The course follows part of the Salado Creek Greenway and uses a shaded trail along the creek. The event raises funds and awareness for the ALS Association to support research, advocacy, and care services for people and families affected by ALS.
The event includes on-site run and walk categories plus a virtual category. Virtual participants receive an event shirt and finisher medal, a printable digital race bib, and may upload virtual run times through midnight on October 31; virtual entries are not eligible for awards. Virtual race packets can be picked up at early packet pick up or mailed within the continental United States for an additional $7; mailed packets will arrive after the event date if mailed.
Pricing for the general categories is $40 through May 31, 2026, $45 through August 31, 2026, and $50 from September 1, 2026, through race day. Entries for ages 4 to 10 cost $10 with a paid adult and are not eligible for awards; ages 3 and under are free. No refunds or deferrals are given; confirmation email contains instructions for selling or transferring a registration. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
