Miles 4 Muscles
Miles 4 Muscles is a charity running and walking event scheduled for September 26, 2026 at Comanche Park Pavilion #3, 2600 Rigsby Ave., San Antonio, TX 78222. The event takes place along the Salado Creek Greenway and supports the ALS Association; proceeds raise funds and awareness for research, advocacy, and care services for people and families affected by ALS.
The event offers in-person run and walk options plus a virtual category. Virtual registrants receive an event shirt and a finisher medal, can print a digital race bib, upload their virtual run times until midnight on October 31, and print a finisher certificate. Virtual packets can be mailed for an additional $7 to addresses within the continental United States; mailed packets may arrive after the event date. Virtual entries are not eligible for awards.
Registration pricing for run, walk, and virtual categories is tiered: $40 until May 31, 2026; $45 until August 31, 2026; and $50 from September 1, 2026 through race day. Children ages 4 to 10 register for $10 with a paid adult and may purchase a shirt; they are not eligible for awards. Children ages 3 and under are free.
Early packet pick-up is listed as to be determined. Race day packet pick-up is available at the race site. No refunds or deferrals are offered; participants should follow instructions in their confirmation email or contact the event organizer for registration transfers.
