Miles 4 Muscles is a charity running and walking event held at Comanche Park in San Antonio on April 3, 2027. The event raises funds and awareness for the ALS Association to support research, advocacy, and care services for people and families affected by ALS.

The event program includes multiple distance options:

• 4-mile run
• 5K run/walk
• 1-mile walk

A virtual category is available for participants who cannot attend in person. Virtual registrants receive an event shirt and finisher medal, can print a digital race bib, upload virtual run times until midnight on October 31, and print a finisher certificate. Virtual entries are not eligible for awards. Virtual race packets can be mailed within the continental United States for an additional $7; mailed packets may arrive after the event date.

Entry pricing listed for in-person and virtual categories is:

• $40 until midnight 1/31/27
• $45 until midnight 2/28/27
• $50 from 3/1/27 until race day

Ages 4–10: $10 with a paid adult (not eligible for awards); ages 3 and under are free. Early packet pick-up details are to be determined; packet pick-up is also available at the race site on race day. No refunds or deferrals are given; confirmation email includes instructions for selling or transferring a registration.
