Sammy's Hope 5K Run/Walk
This event is a community trail running and walking event held at Sayreville Sports Complex in Sayreville, New Jersey. The event includes both a timed running distance and a short walk on trail surfaces; the course is not USATF certified and dogs are not allowed on the trail during the event.

Awards are given for top overall male and female finishers and for top fundraising individual and team. The event benefits Sammy's Hope Animal Welfare and Adoption Center.
Bibs are distributed by event staff; participants should know their bib number or use a self-lookup area. Registrations made close to pickup may receive a text with the bib number; mailed bibs are handled in the period before the event and may require additional business days if registered late.
