Event Overview
The Steall Ultra is a 47km mountain race with 3100m of ascent. The route is a linear traverse of the Mamores mountain range, linking five Munro summits.
Course Description
The race starts in Kinlochleven, climbing steeply to the first summit at Sgòr Eilde Beag. The route follows the ridgeline west to Mullach nan Coirean before descending into Glen Nevis. It then climbs under the north face of Ben Nevis before descending through Leanachan Forest on the Blue Doon trail to the finish at Nevis Range.
