Ben Nevis Race

Ben Nevis Race is an annual mountain running event in Fort William, Scotland. The course starts and finishes at New Town Park in Claggan, and climbs to the summit of Ben Nevis, Britain’s highest mountain at 4,409 feet, before descending back to the start. Traditionally held on the first Saturday in September, the race operates with a cap of around 600 entrants and requires participants to be members of a bona fide club.
