Salmon Run 5K - Huntsville

The Salmon Run 5K takes place on April 11, 2026 on the University of Alabama in Huntsville campus at 514 Fraternity and Sorority Row, Huntsville, AL 35805, US. The event is returning for its sixth year.

The event honors the memory of a brother and leader from the Theta Pi chapter of ATO at the University of Alabama in Huntsville who was diagnosed with leukemia in 2006 and received treatment at the Clearview Cancer Institute. An accompanying wing festival is held alongside the race.

All proceeds from the race and the wing festival will directly benefit Russell Hill Cancer Foundation and HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology. The race location has changed for 2026 and will be held on the UAH campus. The first 125 runners will receive a Salmon Run 5K T-shirt.
