The Salmon Run 5K is a community road race scheduled for April 18, 2026 in Huntsville, Alabama. The event is returning for its fourth year and includes an accompanying wing festival. The race raises funds for cancer research and treatment; all proceeds will benefit the Russell Hill Cancer Foundation and the HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology. The event also honors the memory of a former member of the Theta Pi chapter of ATO at the University of Alabama in Huntsville who underwent leukemia treatment at Clearview Cancer Institute.
