Rye Summer 5k Series: Race Five

The Rye Summer Classic Series comprises five events held at Rye Harbour Nature Reserve. This final race takes place on 4 September 2026 at The Point, Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, Rye, East Sussex TN31 7TU. The reserve includes interlocking shingle ridges, saltmarsh, intertidal grazing, reed-beds and saline lagoons. The course is tarmac, flat and accurately measured. Windy conditions are possible but favourable conditions can lead to quick times. Route maps and downloadable GPX files are available.

Included for entrants are a bespoke medal for the 5 km, a finisher medal for the junior run, trophies and free parking. On-the-day entry fees shown for reference are 5 km: £20 and junior run: £7. The full series dates are Friday 08 May 2026, Friday 05 June 2026, Friday 10 July 2026, Friday 07 August 2026 and Friday 04 September 2026.
