Rye Summer 5k Series: Race Five

Rye Summer 5k Series: Race Five is scheduled for 04 September 2026 at The Point, Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, Rye, East Sussex, TN31 7TU. It is the final event in a five-race summer series that also includes dates in May, June, July, and August. The organiser is Nice Work.

The course is on tarmac and described as flat and accurately measured. The route runs within Rye Harbour Nature Reserve, which includes shingle ridges, saltmarsh, intertidal grazing, reed-beds and saline lagoons; the reserve can be windy, and favourable conditions may allow quick times. Practical information includes a bespoke medal for the 5km, a finisher medal for the Junior run, trophies, and free parking. On-the-day entry fees are listed as £20 for the 5k and £7 for the Junior Run. The 5k entry is open to entrants aged 11 and over on 04/09/2026.
