Ryan Owens Memorial Run
This memorial run takes place on May 30, 2026 at Pompano Beach Pier, 222 N. Pompano Beach Blvd, Pompano Beach, Florida. The event honors the life of a Navy SEAL who gave his life in service on January 29, 2017.
The program includes beach races and a separate kids run, plus a worldwide virtual option. Entry fees listed for the event include a fee for the four mile beach run, a reduced fee for the kids run, and a virtual entry fee. Runners aged 21 and up receive one complimentary beer as part of the post-race activities.

Awards recognize top overall finishers and age group placings. Categories include first responder and clydesdale divisions, a navy seal division, and other named divisions. Age groups start at 12 and under and extend through 75 and over, with top three placings by male and female in each group and masters categories.
Onsite amenities include a post-race gathering with a DJ, food and beverages available for purchase, and activities for children. All funds raised will go to the memorial and to injured Navy SEALs. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
