Carsington Water Half Marathon and 10k
The Carsington Water Half Marathon and 10k takes place on Saturday 22nd August 2026. The event is located at Carsington Water in Derbyshire, featuring routes that utilize the trail paths surrounding the reservoir. Participants run through the countryside on an undulating course.

- 10k
The Half Marathon course consists of an out and back section followed by one complete loop of the reservoir. The 10k route follows almost one full loop of the water. Each kilometer of the course is marked with distance flags to assist runners with their pace.
An event village is available on-site, providing various food and drink options as well as items from event partners at the finish line. The course is fully marshaled to provide guidance and support throughout the race. Participants have the option to purchase an event t-shirt as part of their entry. The organizers focus on sustainability and provide GPX files for both routes to assist with navigation and preparation.
