The event takes place at Battersea Park, London (Carriage Dr E, SW11 4NJ). It is organised by RunThrough and uses the athletics track at the Millennium Arena for the start and finish, finishing under the RunThrough gantry. A junior race takes place on the track.

Course, laps and race services
The course is described as flat loops with tree-lined paths. The marathon requires 11 laps of the course and the half marathon requires 5 laps. Each kilometre is marked with distance flags and event marshals are positioned around the course.
Entries include a unique themed medal, free race photos, chip-timed results and post-race goodies. There is an event village with food and drink options and partner freebies at the finish.
