About the race
The Rubber Ducky Dash, hosted by Saturn Running in Staines-upon-Thames, is a unique 7-hour time challenge event along the scenic River Thames. Participants can run laps of a 4.37-mile (7km) course, with options to complete distances from 3km up to 50km, accommodating all abilities including walkers. The course features well-maintained paths and tarmac, suitable for road shoes, and is fully signed for easy navigation.
Finishers receive a rubber duck-themed medal and a personal rubber duck, with additional pins awarded for longer distances.
