Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge

The Saturn 7 Hour Time Challenge, known as The Rubber Ducky Dash, takes place in Staines along the scenic River Thames. This inclusive event welcomes runners and walkers of all abilities, offering a flexible challenge where participants run laps of a 4.37-mile (7km) course, with options for shorter distances to accommodate younger runners. The mostly paved route is fully marked and suitable for road shoes.

Participants completing at least 3km receive a rubber duck-themed medal and a rubber duck keepsake. Additional perks include goody bags, distance achievement pins, aid stations with snacks and drinks, and facilities at the venue.
