Event Overview
The RWJBarnabas Health Running with the Devils 5K Run & Walk celebrates its 10th anniversary in West Orange, New Jersey. This event is a collaboration between RWJBarnabas Health and the New Jersey Devils, aimed at supporting community health initiatives. The event features several participation options at the South Mountain Reservation and Codey Arena, as well as a virtual component for those who cannot attend in person.
Registered participants for the in-person events receive admission to the Essex County Turtle Back Zoo on the day of the race. The zoo is located adjacent to the course and hosts post-race festivities.

Location and Virtual Participation
The physical events take place at Cherry Lane within the South Mountain Reservation in West Orange. For those choosing the virtual format, participation is open for a one-month window. Virtual participants also receive admission to the Turtle Back Zoo, valid for a specified period following the event. Those using the RunGo App during their virtual run can access audio messages from New Jersey Devils players and patients.
