Running of the Bulls Pensacola
The event is the 15th Annual Running of the Bulls Pensacola, scheduled for July 25, 2026 in Pensacola, FL. It benefits West Florida Roller Derby and is based at Seville Quarter in Downtown Pensacola. An after-party and awards ceremony take place at Seville Quarter following the run.
The concept is inspired by the Festival of San Fermín in Pamplona, Spain, with real bulls replaced by roller derby skaters. The skaters perform in bull attire, including horns, skates, and plastic bats, and they ride or skate along a roughly 2-kilometer course in downtown streets, offering playful taps as runners pass. Participants are asked to wear all white.
Registration is offered in multiple tiers. Basic registration includes entry, a commemorative T-shirt, and admission to the after-party with complimentary beer and entertainment. VIP registration adds premium seating, exclusive drinks with a pre-race champagne offering, an exclusive meet-and-greet with the bulls, food, a VIP bandana, and the basic perks; VIP spots are limited. A Libation Station option provides ten wristbands to the after-party, allows a group to design and staff a beverage station along the route, and includes judging of stations by West Florida Roller Derby with the winner announced during awards.
