Running of the Bulls Pensacola
The Running of the Bulls Pensacola is a charity event benefiting West Florida Roller Derby on July 25, 2026 in Pensacola, Florida at Seville Quarter. The event uses a short urban course of approximately 2K through downtown Pensacola.
The format is inspired by the Festival of San Fermín in Pamplona but replaces animals with roller derby skaters. Skaters wear bull-themed outfits that can include horns, skates, and plastic bats and charge along the course while participants run or walk in all white clothing. An after party and awards ceremony take place at Seville Quarter and include complimentary beer and entertainment for attendees.
Registration is offered in multiple tiers. Basic registration includes event entry, a commemorative T-shirt, and after party admission with complimentary beer and entertainment. VIP registration adds premium seating, exclusive drinks including complimentary champagne before the race, a meet and greet with the skaters, food, and a VIP bandana in addition to the basic perks. A libation station option provides ten wristbands to the after party, allows a group to set up and customize a staffed refreshment station on the route, and includes judging by the West Florida Roller Derby with a winner announced during awards.
