Running GP at Goodwood Motor Circuit
The Running GP takes place at Goodwood Motor Circuit in Chichester on 17 October 2027. The event uses the circuit’s traffic-free tarmac course set against the Sussex Downs and retains the venue’s historic character as a classic motor circuit.
Runners can choose from multiple race distances, all chip-timed, and entries include a unique themed medal, free race photos, post-race goodies and a secure bag drop. A Metric Marathon is noted as 26.2 kilometres as an intermediate option between a half and a full marathon.

Event logistics include an event village with food and drink, venue toilets adjacent to the village, and water provided on each lap and at the finish. There is parking available at the venue, with event parking in Car Park C and disabled parking available inside the track. Spectators are welcome in the event village. Dogs are not permitted inside the venue except for guide dogs. Wheelchair athletes and buggy runners are welcome and asked to make themselves known when overtaking.
