About the race
Run4Geelong is an annual community running and fundraising event presented by Barwon Health Foundation, taking place at the Geelong Waterfront on Sunday 8 November 2026. The event offers a range of distances and accessible options so people can walk, run or roll while supporting local healthcare. The 2026 field is capped at 8,000 participants and previous editions have raised significant funds for Barwon Health.

- Half Marathon 21.1 km
- 10 km
- 5 km
- 3 km
- 1 km Kids Dash under 12 only
Event features include a central Event Village at Eastern Beach Reserve, a Community Cup for teams from schools, workplaces and clubs with a prize pool, fundraising pages and an official training program. Prams are allowed but participants with prams are asked to start at the back of their wave. Dogs are not permitted except for accredited service animals. Entry pricing varies by distance and by early bird, standard and last minute periods; entries may close if the event reaches capacity. Transfers to another person and distance changes are available before entries close, subject to availability and possible fees. Accessibility support is provided on course and at the event.
