Event Overview
Run4Education 2026 is an athletic event organized by the Baker Hughes LatinX Employee Resource Group. Held at Town Green Park in The Woodlands, Texas, the race serves as a fundraiser for the Hispanic Scholarship Fund (HSF). All registration fees are donated to the HSF, which provides college education scholarships and support programs for candidates and their families.
The event offers several participation options to accommodate different interests and ages:
- 10K Timed Run: A competitive distance where participants compete for trophies awarded to the top three finishers.
- 5K Timed Run: A competitive race with trophies for the top three spots.
- 5K Fun Run/Walk: A non-competitive option for those wishing to complete the distance at their own pace.
- 1K Kids Walk/Run: Structured specifically for children aged 12 years and under.
Participants receive a packet that includes an official event sport t-shirt and a race bib. A participation medal is provided to runners after they finish the course. For those unable to attend in person, options for remote participation exist, and medals are shipped alongside the race packet within the United States.
Parking is available in several locations near Lake Robbins Drive and Waterway Avenue. This includes free curbside parking and various paid parking garages. Parking at the South Regional Library, Community Center, and Market Street is strictly prohibited. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
