Event Details
RUN(317) Carmel Village of WestClay is part of the RUN(317) Series, which celebrates the people, neighborhoods, businesses, and charities of the Indianapolis area. This event is the second in a five-race series, but participants can register for as many races as they wish. The event takes place on a Thursday evening in September in Carmel.
Course Information
The course is 3.17 miles long. It is a flat route that starts and finishes on Meeting House Road. The route goes through the streets of the Carmel Village of WestClay neighborhood, featuring views of homes, lakes, green spaces, and Coxhall Gardens.
Post-Race Activities
Each Thursday night run is followed by a post-race party sponsored by Arthur Murray Dance Center. The party includes a DJ, local craft beer, food, games, and community partners. Each participant receives two free beer, wine, seltzer, or non-alcoholic drinks. All participants also receive a medal and a free Penn Station 9 Grain 1/2 sandwich.
