Geist Half Marathon, 10K & 5K
The Geist Half Race Series returns for its 18th year in Fishers, Indiana, on Saturday, September 12, 2026. The event is operated by the City of Fishers in partnership with Vision Events Management. The courses are designed to highlight the scenery of the Geist Reservoir, featuring waterfront bridges, tree-covered pathways, and rolling hills.
Participants can choose from a variety of distances:
- Half Marathon (21.0975 km or 13.1 miles)
- 10K (6.2 miles)
- 5K (3.1 miles)
- Youth 5K
- Adult 1-Miler
- Youth 1-Miler
- Virtual options for Half Marathon, 10K, and 5K
The race series also offers a VIP registration tier, which includes reserved race day parking and specific merchandise. All registered participants receive a race shirt, a finisher medal, a timing bib, and admission to the post-race party. This celebration includes a complimentary drink with both non-alcoholic and alcoholic options available.
