Run Yorkshire Roundhay Half Marathon March 2026

The Run Yorkshire Roundhay Half Marathon takes place in Roundhay Park, located in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Known as one of the largest city parks in Europe, the venue encompasses more than 700 acres of parkland, lakes, woodland, and gardens. Participants follow a specific course layout that consists of five laps of the park, which includes a circuit around the lake and a climb up to the Mansion House.

The event features a single distance:

  • Half Marathon

The course is described as undulating with a multi-terrain surface. It is a traffic-free route with a moderate difficulty rating. The event utilizes chip timing to record participant results, and distance markers are placed at every kilometer. To support runners during the race, water stations are positioned at 3 km intervals.

Race headquarters and registration are located in front of the Mansion House. Facilities available on-site include a bag drop area and toilets. Participation is open to individuals aged 17 and older, with an entry limit of 500 runners. All finishers receive a medal, and individual trophies or vouchers are awarded to the top three male and female finishers.
