Run Yorkshire Roundhay 10k March 2026
The Run Yorkshire Roundhay 10k takes place in Roundhay Park, located in Leeds, West Yorkshire. Spanning over 700 acres, this location is one of the largest city parks in Europe and features a mix of parkland, lakes, woodland, and gardens. The event is held under UK Athletics Rules and is open to participants aged 15 and over.
The course is set on a multi-terrain surface and is described as undulating with a moderate difficulty level. The route consists of one small initial lap followed by two larger laps of the park. Participants will run past the lake and face a climb up to the Mansion House. The race is traffic-free and features distance markers at every 1 km, with a water station located at the 5 km mark.
The event utilizes chip timing to record participant results, though official race positions are determined by gun time. Race headquarters and registration are situated in front of the Mansion House on Mansion Lane. Facilities available on-site include a bag drop at the race headquarters and toilets.
All finishers receive a medal upon completion of the course. Individual prizes are awarded to the top three male and female finishers, and team prizes are available for the first male and female UKA Affiliated Clubs. The entry limit for this event is 500 participants. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
