Run with the Nuns 2026
Run with the Nuns 2026 is a 5K event held at the Mount Assisi Center in Lemont, Illinois on October 18, 2026. The course runs through the Mount Assisi campus and includes natural hills and varied surfaces, including asphalt and grass. Participants receive a custom race medal and a long sleeve performance shirt.
The event offers both in-person and virtual 5K options. Virtual participants may complete the 5K at a time and place of their choosing and will receive shirt and medal by mail; virtual shipping is limited to addresses within the United States. Pre-race packet pick up is scheduled at the Mount Assisi site on October 15 and October 17, with additional packet pick up available on race morning.
Published registration fees list approximately $50 for adult entrants and $20 for children 12 and under; published amounts include mandatory charges and fees. Race proceeds benefit the School Sisters of St. Francis of Christ the King.
Awards are given to the top three finishers in several categories, including Men, Women, Youth Boys, and Youth Girls. Results for in-person and virtual participants are posted through the event results platform. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
