Run with Scissors

Run with Scissors is a looped trail race that starts and finishes at Ledge Lake Lodge in Hinckley, Ohio, and runs through the Cleveland Metroparks Hinckley Reservation. The event offers the following distances:

• 52 Miles
• 26 Miles
• 13 Miles

Each loop is roughly 13.1 miles, so participants complete one, two, or four loops depending on the chosen distance. The course is described as moderately difficult and winds through rocks, roots, and fields. Average elevation is about 1,600 feet per loop. There will be no early starts.

Registration opens March 27, 2026 and closes May 31, 2026. Registration fees listed by distance are $100 for the 52 mile event, $75 for the 26 mile event, and $50 for the 13 mile event. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
