Run, Walk, or Wobble: The 2026 Nassau Thanksgiving 5K
This event is a community 5K held on November 14, 2026 at Eisenhower Park in East Meadow, NY. It is organized by Keller Williams Realty of Greater Nassau and is presented as an in-person, all-ages activity with free parking available at the venue (Field House, Parking Lot 2, 1899 Hempstead Turnpike).
The event raises funds to support children and families facing cancer. Registration is listed at $50 per runner or walker. An alternative option lets participants create a personal fundraising page and have their entry covered once they raise $50. Donations to individual fundraisers or to the campaign are accepted and directed to the event’s charitable purpose.
Additional practical details provided for attendees include that the event is held in person and that the organizer’s stated refund policy is no refunds. The listing describes the gathering as lasting several hours and notes general accessibility for all ages. The page also indicates a lineup of community participants and local groups, though individual names are not listed here.
The description focuses on location, charitable intent, registration and fundraising options, parking, and basic attendance terms. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
