Run to the Sea Bournemouth 2026 : event summary
The Run to the Sea Bournemouth takes place on Saturday 3 October 2026. It is a point-to-point ultra running event of 50 km from Moors Valley Country Park (BH24 2ET) to Hengistbury Head (BH6 4EL). Course and race services
The course is described as flat and scenic and includes a mix of terrain, with forest trails and seafront paths. The organiser supplies a fully signed course and a GPS route file. Tracking is provided: free predictive tracking for all entrants, with an option to upgrade to real-time tracking for £1. There are four feed stations, and runners may have personal nutrition delivered to feed stations 3 and 4. Medical support is provided on the day. Entrants receive a bespoke finish medal and free downloadable event photos.
