Arundel Lido Triathlon 2026
The Arundel Lido Triathlon takes place on 17 May 2026 at Arundel Lido in Arundel, England. The event is organised by Raw Energy Pursuits and in 2026 marks its 22nd edition. Race headquarters are at the outdoor lido beside the River Arun and below Arundel Castle. The swim is held in a heated outdoor 25m pool.
Options offered:
- Standard: 750m swim, 38km bike, 8km run
- Sprint: 400m swim, 19km bike, 5km run An Aqua Bike option is available for either the Standard or Sprint distances.
The bike course is described as rolling. The run route passes The Avenue of Trees, Swanbourne Lake and the village of South Stoke. Event services include catering, trade stands, showers, prizes, a free T‑shirt and event photos. Timing is provided via the ST App Service; there will be no chip timing.
Competitors must hold a British Triathlon race licence or purchase a British Triathlon Race Pass before race day.
