Event overview
The Arundel Lido Triathlon takes place in Arundel, England on 17 May 2026. Race headquarters are at the Arundel Outdoor Lido on the banks of the River Arun, near Arundel Castle. The swim takes place in the heated outdoor 25 m pool. The event marks the 22nd year of this triathlon and is organised by Raw Energy Pursuits.
Race formats and practical information
Distances offered:
- Standard: 750 m swim, 38 km bike, 8 km run
- Sprint: 400 m swim, 19 km bike, 5 km run
- Aqua Bike: swim plus bike on either Standard or Sprint courses
The bike course is described as rolling. The run route goes along The Avenue of Trees, Swanbourne Lake and the village of South Stoke. Facilities at the event include catering, trade stands, showers, prizes, a free T‑shirt and event photos. Timing is provided by ST App Service; there will be no chip timing for this event. An administration fee is applied to entries and an online entry system fee may apply.
British Triathlon membership or a Race Pass is required to compete. 2026 Race Pass prices listed are £8 for adults and £2 for juniors (24 years or under on 31/12/26). Registration closes 15 May 2026. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
