The Arundel Lido Triathlon takes place on 17 May 2026 in Arundel, England. The event is organised by Raw Energy Pursuits and is held at Arundel Lido, BN18 9JG. The 2026 race is the 22nd edition. The swim takes place in a heated outdoor 25 m pool beside the River Arun and under the castle.
Race format
- Standard: 750 m swim, 38 km bike, 8 km run
- Sprint: 400 m swim, 19 km bike, 5 km run
An Aquabike option is available for both Standard and Sprint distances. The bike course is rolling. The run route passes The Avenue of Trees, Swanbourne Lake and the village of South Stoke.
Entry and race information
Registration closes 15 May 2026. Entry fees vary by distance and date, with listed prices from about £45 to about £67 per participant. The event is timed by ST App Service; there is no chip timing. British Triathlon rules apply: competitors must either hold a British Triathlon race licence or purchase a British Triathlon Race Pass before race day; adult Race Passes are listed at £8 and junior Race Passes at £2.
