Arundel Lido Triathlon, 17 May 2026
Raw Energy Pursuits organises the Arundel Lido Triathlon on 17 May 2026 in Arundel, England. Race headquarters are at Arundel Outdoor Lido on the banks of the River Arun beneath Arundel Castle. The swim takes place in the heated outdoor 25m pool.
Distances:
- Standard: 750 m swim, 38 km bike, 8 km run
- Sprint: 400 m swim, 19 km bike, 5 km run
- Aqua Bike option available for both distances
The bike course is rolling and the run route passes The Avenue of Trees, Swanbourne Lake and the village of South Stoke. Event facilities include catering, trade stands, showers, prizes, a free T shirt and event photos.
Competitors must either hold a British Triathlon race licence or purchase a British Triathlon Race Pass before race day. 2026 Race Pass prices are listed as £8 for adults and £2 for juniors aged 24 or under on 31/12/26. Registration closes 15 May 2026 at 18:00.
