Arundel Lido Triathlon 2026
The Arundel Lido Triathlon takes place in Arundel, England on 17 May 2026. Race headquarters is at the Arundel Outdoor Lido, located on the banks of the River Arun beneath the town castle. The swim takes place in a heated outdoor 25m pool.
Distances offered:
- Standard: 750m swim, 38km bike, 8km run
- Sprint: 400m swim, 19km bike, 5km run Aqua Bike entries are available for both Standard and Sprint courses.
The bike course is described as rolling. The run route passes The Avenue of Trees, Swanbourne Lake and the village of South Stoke. The event lists catering, trade stands, showers, prizes, a free T‑shirt and event photos among on-site facilities.
Timing is provided by an app service; there will be no chip timing. Competitors must hold a British Triathlon race licence or purchase a British Triathlon Race Pass before race day. Adult race passes for 2026 are listed at £8 and junior passes at £2 for those aged 24 or under on 31/12/26.
