The Sandia Resort & Casino Run to Break the Silence is scheduled for April 12 - 19, 2026 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The event features trail races and a kids run and benefits the Presbyterian Ear Institute.

The 5K and 10K start and finish in the far east parking lot at Sandia Resort & Casino and follow an all-terrain cross-country trail in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains. Pets are not allowed. Infant or toddler strollers are permitted only in the community fair area; strollers are not allowed in the 5K or 10K races. Participants who register by April 6 receive a long-sleeve RTBS Sport-Tech T-shirt.
Runner packet pick-up is listed at New Mexico Look (6611 Menaul Blvd. NE) and includes the shirt (if registered by April 6), bib, and timing chip. Proceeds support the Presbyterian Ear Institute’s School for Oral Deaf Education. The event page lists entry fees for each event and registration opening dates in January 2026.
