Event operations and amenities
The race program includes a warmup led by 2020 and 2024 Olympians, awards for top overall finishers, a raffle giveaway, and age group awards available for pickup at the timing tent. The 10k has separate awards to follow the race.
Packet pickup is scheduled the day before the race at the Sid Cutter Pavilion at Balloon Fiesta Park. The event site lists on-course and post-race amenities such as a pie stop, a cranberry station, photo walls, coffee, snacks, drinks, and vendors. There are no refunds for this event.
