NM Hobbler Gobbler Thanksgiving Day Run
The NM Hobbler Gobbler is an annual Thanksgiving Day running event held at the Rio Rancho Aquatic Center in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The event offers multiple race options and awards for overall and age group finishers. Participants are provided with a long-sleeve event shirt and an event medal.
The event includes the following distances:
- 10K
- 5K
- Kids K
Course maps are available for the 5K, 10K and a 2-mile walk route. Packet pickup is held the day before the race at the New Balance Store, 3731 Ellison Rd. NW, Albuquerque, NM. Race-day registration is available; however, all pre-registered participants must collect their event packets at the designated packet pickup.
For the 2025 edition, the 10K and 5K courses were updated. The event page lists the Rio Rancho Aquatic Center address as 745 Loma Colorado NE, Rio Rancho, NM 87124.
