Summer 'Run the Seasons' Cowdray : Friday 26 June 2026

The event is the finale of the Run the Seasons series and is based at Cowdray Estate. The course is centred on the Cowdray polo lawns and runs out to Heyshott Common, with views of the Cowdray Ruins and the South Downs National Park. A BBQ and bar/marquee will be open at the event and Cowdray luxury hampers will be presented to winners.

Details

Entry options include children, junior, standard and dog-friendly CaniRun distances. Entry fees and discounts are published for each category, and race numbers can be collected on the day. Maps and GPX routes are available for the 5 km and 10 km courses; the 3 km kids course map is listed as TBC. Overall series positions are decided on a points system, with the top three results counting towards the 10 km title. Competitors receive a unique stacking medal and free photos. Numerous spot prizes will be given as runners cross the finish line. Race headquarters and parking are at Cowdray Farm Shop & Cafe, Midhurst, GU29 0AJ.
