Event overview
The Summer 'Run the Seasons' Cowdray event is scheduled for Friday 26 June 2026 as the season finale in the Run the Seasons series. The course is set on the Cowdray Estate, above the polo field and overlooking the Cowdray Ruins and the South Downs. Runners follow routes that include the Cowdray polo lawns and Ambersham Common, with options for a dog-friendly canicross course. A BBQ and bar in a marquee are planned at the venue, and luxury hampers will be presented to winners.

Practical information
Maps, GPX files and a pre-run stretch and warm-up guide are provided for the 5 km and 10 km routes. Race HQ and parking is at Cowdray Farm Shop & Cafe, Midhurst, GU29 0AJ. Race numbers can be collected on site. Entry fees listed are: 5 km £19.50, 5 km Canicross £21.50, 10 km £25.50, 10 km Canicross £27.50. A points system determines overall winners and series league positions, with the top three results counting toward the 10 km title. Competitors receive a unique interlocking four-piece medal, free photos, and there are spot prizes. Discounts apply for multiple race entries for junior/kids and multi-race orders.
