Summer 'Run the Seasons' Cowdray | 26 June 2026
The event takes place on 26 June 2026 at Cowdray Estate, Midhurst, GU29 0AJ. It is based at the Cowdray polo field, with views of Cowdray Ruins and the South Downs. Race numbers can be collected on the day. Race HQ and parking are at Cowdray Farm Shop & Cafe.

- 3km Kids Run, £15, ages 6–11
- 5km Junior Run, £15, ages 12–15

Discounts are available for entering multiple races.
Route, format and extras
Courses run around the Cowdray polo lawns and out to Heyshott Common, across Cowdray Estate and parts of the South Downs National Park. Maps and GPX routes are provided for the 5km and 10km courses; the 3km Kids Run course is to be confirmed. Overall winners and series league positions are decided on a points system, with the top three results counting toward the 10km title. Competitors receive a unique four-piece stacking medal and free photos. A BBQ and bar/marquee will be open and Cowdray hampers will be presented as prizes. Spot prizes are awarded at the finish.
