Run the Seasons at Cowdray
Run the Seasons at Cowdray takes place on Friday 26 June 2026 at Cowdray Estate near Midhurst, GU29 0AJ. The finale is based on the Cowdray polo lawns with views of Cowdray Ruins and the South Downs. Race numbers can be collected on the day.
Distances and entry fees:
- 3km Kids Run (ages 6 to 11) - £15
- 5km Junior Run (ages 12 to 15) - £15
- 5km - £19.50
- 5km CaniRun - £21.50
- 10km - £25.50
- 10km CaniRun - £27.50
A children’s series runs across the Winter, Spring and Summer events. A 10 percent discount applies when entering all three Junior or Kids races on the same order. A 15 percent discount applies when entering three or four races on the same order.
Course information includes maps and GPX routes for the 5km and 10km courses; the 3km Kids Run course is to be confirmed. The 10km title and series league positions use a points system with the top three results counting. Competitors receive a unique stacking medal that forms a four piece set, and free photos are provided. A BBQ and a bar or marquee will be on site and luxury hampers will be presented to winners.
