Run The Grove 5K - Dallas
Primos Dallas hosts the fifth annual Run The Grove 5K on May 8, 2027, at Crawford Memorial Park, 8700 Elam Road, Dallas TX 75217. The event supports a mentoring program that serves families in the southeast Dallas neighborhood of Pleasant Grove and raises scholarship funds for high school and college students. Since 2018 the organization has awarded $130,000 in scholarships.
The event includes a certified, officially timed 5K and a non‑timed 3K fun run. Family friendly activities are planned for the day, including free food, music, face painting, and games.

Participant amenities differ by distance. All 5K participants receive a Run the Grove t-shirt while supplies last, a completion medal, a free meal after the race, unlimited water, snacks, and immediate race results. Prizes are scheduled for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place in every age and sex category. All 3K participants receive a Run the Grove t-shirt, a free meal (breakfast tacos and Mexican paleta), unlimited water, and snacks. The 3K course is described as dog friendly and stroller friendly.
